With over 20 years of industry experience, I bring a multidisciplinary background that spans architecture, interior design, construction management, and A&D sales. Originally from Brazil, I began my studies in architecture before earning a degree in Interior Design.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked in hospitality design, managed construction projects from the ground up, and partnered with award-winning manufacturers to help expand their presence across the U.S.

These roles taught me the value of collaboration, creativity, and adaptability and most importantly, the power of relationships in driving great design.

In 2024, life brought a new chapter: I moved to London with my family and launched Crosspond, an independent agency that brings together innovative manufacturers and the hospitality design community.

The name reflects my journey building bridges across disciplines, industries, and continents.
